Schulenburg Elementary Sets Date for Pre-K and Kindergarten Round-up

Registration for Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten students planning to attend Schulenburg Elementary School during the 2025-2026 school year is scheduled for April 24, 2025from 4:30 – 6:30pm. 

Schulenburg Elementary School will be offering full day Pre-Kindergarten classes once again next year.  Children who will be four years of age on or before September 1, 2025, are encouraged to register at this time.  In addition, children need to qualify in at least one of the following for the Pre-Kindergarten program at SISD:

• a non-English speaker;
• educationally disadvantaged (qualify for free or reduced-price lunch);
• homeless;
• the child of a military soldier currently serving on active duty;
• the child of a military soldier who was injured or killed while on active duty; or
• In foster care under the order of the Department of Family and Protective Services.
• Is a child of a person eligible for the Star of Texas
