Mobile Technology at SISD
Posted on 09/09/2016
SISD is extending the use of mobile technology throughout the district in order to develop skills crucial to the future success of our 21st Century Learners.

Sixteen 2-in-1 devices were distributed to selected teacher leaders and administrators over the summer with four reserved as an incentive to classroom teachers interested in increasing the use of mobile technology through daily instruction in the classroom.  Over twenty teachers submitted their names for the random drawing.

Congratulations to these four teachers for being selected to receive our first set of 2-in-1 devices for use in their classrooms.  These devices will increase instructional mobility and flexibility in integrating technology throughout the classroom as they present their lessons.

Our goal is provide more teachers access to mobile devices next year.
